REGISTER for this interactive workshop designed to support cooperative, municipal and tribal utilities' climate resilience planning efforts. Utilities attending the regionally focused workshop will gain exposure to the topic of Climate Science and Vulnerabilities, Climate Resilience Action and Strategies, and engage with industry leaders and climate experts about how to successfully apply climate data to drive change within their organization. Workshop goals include:
- Increase utilities' climate resilience by providing access to leading climate data;
- Create a space for regional utilities to collaborate on climate resilience initiatives; and
- Deliver step-by-step guidance and customizable templates to build and execute a climate resilience plan.
Who Should Attend?
Representatives from cooperative, municipal or tribal utilities with an interest in:
- Exploring climate-based threats to their utility's infrastructure and operations;
- Discovering risk mitigation opportunities; and
- Connecting with regional peers on climate action.
Each workshop will consist of a core lesson set, regionally relevant content, and engaging activities for participants.
Registration will be open through Janaury 15, 2025. Please register as early as possible. Your registration will be reviewed and approved by members of the Workshop Planning Committee before you receive an email confirming attendance.
